Congratulations to the Tondu Railway Club and Laleston Inn A quiz teams for winning the KO Cup and Plate respectively, and thanks to the Railway Club and staff for hosting our event.
The AGM was held with a larger than usual attendance, which was great to see, it is your league after all.
All committee were re-elected.
The Treasurer’s report was accepted.
The 2025/26 subscription will remain at £50 per team.
Registration for the next season will be on Sept.1st at Tondu Railway Club (CF32 9DY), circa 8pm, where the entertaining, open to all, Alan Rudge Memorial General Knowledge Quiz will also take place, with a free buffet generously provided by the Railway Club.
It was agreed, on a trial basis for the new season, that there will be one league with all teams playing each other once and then split into two for the remaining matches, more details will follow, subject to team registrations.
It is hoped that we can attract more teams to the league and we encourage everyone to publicise our league whenever and wherever they can.
